HuddleSpeak is a voice-based AI advisory panel currently offered as a beta / research
preview. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. By creating an
account and using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
HuddleSpeak (“we”, “us”) provides the HuddleSpeak app and website. For any privacy question or request,
reach us through our support page.
What we collect
Account information: a username and password you create, or, if you sign in with
Google, your Google account email and name. You may optionally add an email address to receive meeting recaps.
Voice recordings: when you speak during a session, your microphone audio is captured
and transcribed to text so the panel can respond. The microphone is only active while a session is running.
Conversation content: the transcripts of your sessions, any text you type, links you
share, and any images, documents, or other files you upload or that the panel generates for you.
Session memory: short summaries of past sessions so the panel can remember context
across meetings within your account.
Basic usage data: limited operational data such as session length, used to run the
service and apply any usage limits on your account.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve advertising.
How we use it
To convert your speech to text, generate the panel’s responses, and speak those responses back to you.
To save your transcripts, files, and session memory so you can pick up where you left off.
To email you a recap of a session, only if you provide an email address for that purpose.
To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
Service providers we share data with
To provide the app’s features, your input (text, transcribed speech, and any shared image or file) is
processed by third-party AI and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. Depending on the feature in
use, these may include:
AI model providers (for generating responses and summaries): Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Groq.
Voice providers (speech-to-text and text-to-speech): OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Cartesia, and Hume.
Supporting services (only when the relevant feature is used): web search providers, and an
email delivery provider for recaps.
These providers process your data only to perform their service for us and are not permitted to
use it for their own purposes. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms.
Storage and security
Your transcripts, files, and session memory are stored on our server. Access is restricted to the
developer operating the service. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of
transmission or storage is completely secure.
Retention and your choices
You can clear your conversation history and saved files at any time from within the app.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data through our
support page.
You can decline microphone access; the app will still work with typed input.
Children
HuddleSpeak is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13 (or the minimum age
required in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last
updated” date above.
